"I believe that growth and development are natural.  For those who are intentional about their development, coaching may accelerate the natural development process."

Jean believes that growth and development are natural, and coaching can accelerate this process for those intentionally seeking personal development.

As a mentor coach and Learning Circle Advisor for Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching Program, she brings her depth of experience and a genuine curiosity about others’ individuality, learning from them as they grow. Outside of her coaching work, Jean enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, paddleboarding, and gardening, and values meaningful connections with her Labrador retrievers and those around her.

work with people and organizations in transition stems from her experience navigating major changes (some disappointing) in my life and career and emerging resilient, whole, strong, and adept. Jean noticed that this adaptive pattern opened important developmental work and catapulted fulfillment at work and in life. She attributes her key success factors – stay hopeful, adjust perspective, know self, and sense the work environment for strategic opportunities.

"I believe that joy and fulfillment are liberating forces that bring clarity and resolve to leadership. My passion and commitment lie in serving and honoring others as they rediscover joy and fulfillment in their leadership, helping them realize their full potential. I trust the leaders I work with and the coaching process to guide them toward self-discovery, leading them to their authentic selves, where joy and fulfillment naturally emerge."
