The central challenge in development is to move beyond an identity that no longer serves us.

Executive and Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is a personalized, leader-driven development process where the leader defines desired outcomes and areas for improvement. The coach provides a balance of support and challenge, enabling the leader to strengthen their capabilities and achieve results. This process often leads to broader professional outcomes and personal transformation, with insights gained through coaching extending beyond the workplace.

Conflict Coaching

Retirement Coaching

Retirement. Freedom. It's the word we dream of, the goal we strive for. But that vast expanse of time, once so coveted, can also feel… daunting. The sudden shift from structured days to open-ended possibilities can leave you wondering, "Now what?" The very freedom you craved can become overwhelming. Retirement can blur the lines of purpose. I help you find clarity, ensuring you stay relevant and engaged in this new chapter. Retirement is not a destination. It is a transition. Let's redefine relevance together, crafting a retirement transition where your contributions and passions continue to shine.

ICF Mentor Coaching (Individual and Group Options)

LC911 mentor coaching is a transformational approach to coach development, focusing on enhancing your coaching presence and habits. It supports growth whether you're refining or elevating your coaching skills. LC911 offers customized mentor coaching packages based on individual learning needs and budget, typically with monthly sessions. The process often begins with an assessment of coaching competencies, using feedback from recordings, transcripts, or live coaching.

In addition to individual sessions, LC911 offers group mentor coaching cohorts, providing a structured and safe space for practicing coaching, receiving feedback, and witnessing exceptional coaching. Each cohort, consisting of 5-7 coaches, includes seven sessions where participants practice live coaching and give/receive feedback.

Hear from Jean's other coaches who were mentor coaching clients:

“I thoroughly enjoyed my coaching mentor sessions!  Jean Wright was extremely helpful in providing us time to learn from each other...She always made me feel competent even when giving critical feedback.  I feel more confident in my coaching abilities thanks to Jean.”

“I truly benefited from the mentor coaching experience.  The process helped me to focus on and practice core competencies that I wanted to hone.  I also was reminded to avoid common pitfalls and resist the temptation to fall back into old patterns....Ongoing progress requires ongoing practice.  No safer space than with a family of coaches with the same goal of mastering our craft!”

“This series is well worth your time and effort!”
